Exhibition

We are pleased to invite your company to exhibit at the 22nd Nordic Congress of General Practice 21-23 June 2022.

This is the first major congress for General practitioners in the Nordic countries since the pandemic started in 2020. We are expecting approx. 1000 national and international participants.

The 2022 congress has the title On the edge, and will have a special focus on future possibilities and challenges in general practice. The final program will be completed in March.

There will be an opportunity to exhibit medical-technical equipment, journals, teaching aids, etc. which are not related to the pharmaceutical industry or the sale of consumables to patients.

The exhibition will be located in the mingling area at Stavanger Forum, which is well suited for personal contact with the participants. Congress attendees will be encouraged to spend time in the exhibition area.

Price exhibition floor space 6 sqm (3x2 meters) – NOK 28 200 + 25% VAT. Tables, chairs and electric power etc. can be ordered. An order form and price list will be sent to you at a later date.

Price stand personnel – NOK 2 900 + 25% VAT per person. The price includes lunch and coffee breaks Wednesday and Thursday.

Congress party Thursday evening can be booked in addition. The price is NOK 1100 per person.

Please note that one registration form must be submitted for each stand personnel.
